THE DESIGN INTENT WAS TO CREATE AN INVITING BUILDING WITHIN A HIGH SECURITY SITE. WITH TWO OPPOSING SPATIAL REQUIREMENTS, OFFICES VERSUS EDUCATION, THE BUILDING MASS IS SPLIT INTO TWO DIFFERENT ENVIRONMENTS. A MORE PUBLIC GROUND FLOOR, ENTIRELY GLAZED TO THE EXTERIOR, AND A MORE PRIVATE FIRST FLOOR CLAD IN AN INTRICATE SHADING FACADE.
